Real Food Appreciation

I’ve never been able to get my kids to eat baby food. I can’t blame them. It’s so gross. Today over breakfast, I was watching Mira’s expressions and listening to the yummy sounds she made as I fed her pancakes with blueberry syrup, scrambled eggs with melted cheddar and roast potatoes leftover from dinner. Could America’s health problems, our addiction to over flavored, fried foods stem from not teaching our children what good food is from the beginning? Just a thought.

  1. I completely agree that we should feed our children what we eat at the table. Sounds like a great breakfast!

  2. Absolutely!
